Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms are provided in good faith as a general template and are not legal advice. If you have specific legal requirements you should have them reviewed before relying on them.

1. Agreement to these terms

PredictionStreet (the “service”) is operated by PredictionStreet Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17441823. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What PredictionStreet is — and is not

PredictionStreet is an educational training tool. You analyse real companies as they appeared at a point in the past, commit a Buy/Hold/Sell call with a price target and a written thesis, and then see what happened next and receive a score and feedback.

Nothing in the service is financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Historical cases are for learning only and are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any real investment decisions you make.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information (handled via our login provider, Auth0). You are responsible for activity under your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

4. Paid access — the two options

Two one-time purchases are available. Both are single payments, not subscriptions:

  • Full Access — permanent access to every company, including AI-assisted grading of your written thesis.
  • Full Access + Certificate — everything in Full Access, plus eligibility to earn the PredictionStreet Equity Research Certificate (see section 5).

Prices are shown at checkout in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

5. The certificate

The certificate is earned, not simply bought. Buying the certificate option grants eligibility; the certificate is issued only once you complete a set number of cases to a standard we assess (currently seven cases meeting an internal quality bar for effort and for whether your thesis genuinely supports your call). This assessment is produced with the help of an AI model and is a judgement, not a guarantee.

The certificate is a training credential issued by PredictionStreet Ltd to recognise completion of our educational programme. It can be added to your LinkedIn profile. It is not an accredited, regulated, or externally recognised financial qualification, and does not certify professional competence or authorisation to give advice.

6. Refunds

Access is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and unlocking access, you request that supply begins right away and you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel (under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) is lost once access has been provided.

That said, we want you to be happy: if something has gone wrong, contact us at support@predictionstreet.co.uk and we will consider a refund at our discretion, in good faith.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the cases, dossiers, or content;
  • share, transfer, or resell your account or access;
  • attempt to break, probe, or circumvent access controls or payment;
  • misrepresent the certificate as an accredited or regulated qualification.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its case content, scoring, and branding are owned by PredictionStreet Ltd, and all copyright and other intellectual property rights in them vest in the company. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service — it does not transfer ownership of any content.

9. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including any investment decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

10. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. When we change these terms we will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
